What data we collect
When you submit a discovery, evaluation, enterprise, founding customer, or support form, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company, job title, message content, and the selected request type.
We may also receive basic technical metadata needed to deliver the form submission, such as timestamp, IP address, browser information, and anti-spam signals from our form processor.
Why we use it
We use this data to respond to your request, qualify evaluation or commercial fit, provide support, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and improve our sales and support process.
Processors and third parties
Website forms are submitted through FormSubmit. We also load public website assets from third-party CDNs such as Tailwind CSS and Font Awesome, and link to external social profiles. Those third parties may process technical connection data when your browser requests their resources or when you follow an external link.
Retention
We keep contact and support messages for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain reasonable business records. If a commercial relationship starts, relevant records may be retained for accounting, legal, and contract-management purposes.
Your rights
If EU/EEA data protection law applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact hello@infragate.cloud.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
